Mahogany Field, Burl Walnut and Rosewood Inlaid Border, Forged Brass Feet

Round mahogany dining table cross banded with rosewood and burl over a custom solid mahogany outswept pedestal capped with brass feet.  Very sturdy table with a patented  mechanism for opening, closing and storing the leaves.  Semigloss finish and attractive flame mahogany Veneers make this a charming and well built table for a stately home.  The pedestal base is capped with man made, non machined brass fittings which are made from wax molds.   Each foot is poured traditionally and individually and each mold can only be used once.  This table is a remarkable antique reproduction, it is very good quality.  Please excuse some of the tale pictures, we had fluorescent lighting in the studio and most of the table top pictures show unnatural lighting.
