New traditional French style dining room chairs, with optional COM and gold accents
New Solid Mahogany French-Style Upholstered Dining Room Chairs
$775 – $875
SHOWN with optional COM, Upholstery Service and Gold Accents
High-end solid mahogany French-style dining room chairs. These chairs have an acanthus leaf-carved frame, fluted legs, and rosette-carved ears and legs. These chairs are made exclusively for our store and they are part of our “AP exclusives” line of furniture. They are comfortable chairs made from solid mahogany. The seats are wide and the seat cushion is generous and thick. These are designer-grade dining chairs.
The chairs come standard with two choices of family-friendly engineered fabric by Crypton. The standard fabrics will coordinate with most traditional or transitional spaces. “Nomad snow” is a grayish-white fabric accented with a walnut-color thread and “Straw” is a traditional biscuit color. Both fabrics are very soft and comfortable to the touch. Crypton fabrics are resilient to stains. We’ve tested Crypton-treated fabric with torture tests and those results were published on our YouTube channel. Unlike traditional treatments and stain guards which can wear out over time and need to be reapplied, this system is heat treated, and therefore the protective qualities will last forever (or until the fabric is burned).
For those who want a more customized chair, we offer gold accents and upholstery services for an additional charge. We can have these chairs upholstered with COM (customer ordered material) and in some cases, we can even help you find fabric or leather if we are provided with some direction.
The champagne and velvet chairs pictured on this product page are a good example of these types of services that are available. In this case, we supplied the fabric, and the upholstery service and we also added the gold accents to these chairs. Typically speaking, gold accents will add about $50 to $100 per chair and upholstery service with add about $350 a chair, so after adding leather or COM you might be adding about $500-$700 per chair all-in depending on who supplies the fabric and the quality of the fabric or leather.
